Real Mamas™ community started the way most good things do: out of a personal need that turned out to be everyone's. After coming back from maternity leave, our founder Joyce found herself doing what so many senior women do, quietly splitting herself in two. Serious professional in the room. Mother somewhere off to the side, never mentioned. As if the drive to build a career and the drive to raise a family came from different people, instead of the exact same one.

Here's the thing nobody says out loud: if you trained for an ultra marathon, no one would question the early mornings, the exhaustion, or the obsession. They'd call it dedication. Motherhood asks for all of that and more, and somehow you're supposed to keep it off your desk. That never made sense to us. So we built a place where it doesn't have to be that way: a room of women who are all-in on their careers and all-in on their families, and who never have to pretend otherwise.
